Yardley PA location #0282.
I went into the fitting room and it was foremost a safety hazard. Two doors were falling off along with the divider that holds the doors. None of the locks on the doors worked. The handicap stall didn't even close let alone lock. Every single stall had loads of clothes on the benches. I could understand if it's later on in the day but this was 11:30 in the morning. This is unacceptable for Kohl's, I expect this at a Walmart or a TJ Maxx. This is why I shop at Kohl's to get away from this kind of situation. I would have spoke with the manager at the location but obviously they are oblivious to what is going on in their store and would not make any difference. I was able to stand and lean against the wall to try on my pants. But I cannot imagine how a elderly person or a handicap person could do the same. I have never had this experience at a Kohl's before and I am extremely disappointed.
Also the fact that they do not have a phone number or an email to speak to somebody about a situation at one of their locations is ridiculous. Even when I call the corporate number it just goes to a mailbox that says that nobody's available, then just goes back to...
Read moreI don't understand the layout of the store. Things that should be together, arent. There's a big men's section, in quadrants. Pants, including dress pants. Then around the corner, 30 ft away, there's socks, underwear, ties, belts. THEN AROUND THE NEXT CORNER, (can't cut thru because the displays work against you.) [+] like this. Anyways, then around the next corner, now holding a pair of pants and a belt, hoping I don't gotta pick a different color, ypu get the shirts. Already had to travel a great distance, I realize there's slippers, socks, sandals, Dr sholes inserts, boot weatherproofer...and thats it. In order to get to the shoes, you gotta literally go to the next floor. The problem with the second floor is, you can't pay on the second floor. And the when you don't find shoes, you've just risked your life 2x using the lace-hungry escalator, for no reason. Which is two times more than on my usual commute. I don't know. Oh and I'm sure there's womans clothes too, but I didn't notice. Had to focus on cardio to make it all the way to a full outfit.
But it's the only place I've ever been that gives you suprise discounts. For not signing up for their...
Read moreI worked at a Kohl's years ago and it was no where near as overwhelming. It was my first time in this store. It was so hard to navigate in between isles and displays without hitting anything. There is a second floor, I have no idea what was even up there, couldn't see any signs either and wasn't taking the cart up the escalator. The junior's department was absolutely TRASHED, on a Wednesday in the middle of the day, I litterly couldn't go two feet without running over clothes and I was far from the only one. The big displays with the folded clothes were completely wrecked. I understand it happens throughout the day but someone should have been keeping up with it a LITTLE but, the store was not even that busy, and it looked like it had been like that for quite a while. My old managers would never have stood for anything even close to that. On top of that I couldn't find anything close to what I was looking for and I was so frustrated I just left. I'll go to...
