I recently visited Brandy Melville, drawn in by their trendy styles and Instagram-worthy aesthetic. While the clothing itself is appealing, my experience was severely let down by the shockingly rude staff. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming, with employees more interested in chatting amongst themselves than assisting customers.

The worst part of my visit was the dressing room experience. The woman working there was incredibly dismissive and acted as if helping customers was a major inconvenience.
