I wanted to have a belt engraved as a gift and I looked all over Philly but couldn’t find anyone to do it. Vikram was one of the few who even took the time to respond to my inquiry, and he was the only one willing to take on my small project. He was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and helpful, not to mention super amiable and nice! He really went out of his way to accommodate my timeline, as I was visiting from out of town and was only in the area a short time. When it came to the actual engraving, he sent me samples of font size and an emoji he created at my request. He helped me make decisions and was completely non-judgmental throughout the design process. His price was more than reasonable, especially given how he went over and above to do it while I waited.
