Must read!!! I needed a place to do my daughters 8th birthday party and not only did I get a delicious ice cream cake from them I also got the kindest service I've had in a very long time. The manager there Kate was very accommodating and sweet. It was the best place to do the cake at after Build a Bear. They don't have a place to do the cake other than the food court. I ordered the NEW snickers brownie blizzard....they had no brownies (the manager rudely said ). Then I asked for new york cheesecake....5 min later said there's no strawberry after asking if I wanted the royal cheesecake blizzard....then I said I guess I'll have cookie dough ....and my cookie dough blizzard is only basically vanilla ice cream and barely any cookie dough pieces.
