Poor - Fair is an overstatement here. I am growing my hair out, taking Biotin, drinking protein, and being uber patient. My hair was finally past my chin, and I asked for a trim just to even out the layers. I specifically said, "I'm growing my hair out - please just trim it to even it out." Instead, the hair dresser cut off three inches, took a chunk out of the back of my hair, and couldn't understand why I was so upset. She said she noticed that my hair was flipping out in the back, so she just cut that part off so it wouldn't do that anymore...!! I just spent 6 months growing it out past the point where that flipping part was unmanageable, and now I have to start all over again. I was so upset. And yes, I cried. It was terrible. I had to go to a different salon, where they had to cut off even more hair just to even it out again and fix the chunk that was missing from the back. Just had an amazing experience. My 3 year old daughter and I went for a shampoo, cut and blow dry. My daughter had a bad experience at a different salon I had taken her to a few weeks prior so she was skeptical at first. They were so nice here and kid friendly she was able to sit through her first actual shampoo, sat through the cut withoit a problem and even let Amber blow dry her hair. It was amazing. Her hair looks great and she's looking forward to coming back! Thank you so much you did an amazing job. I also got shampoo and conditioner for my hair. Their prices are great for product they really care about...
