We have lived in Eastern Dawn Community for 17 years. It is quiet ( no dogs or motorcycles driving through the park) most of the homes are newer modular homes there are some single wides…, it’s a beautiful place, gated community with security that drive around in a community in security truck and check people coming into community, most people take pride in their homes and continue to landscape the front and back of their homes. The downfall no play area or a community pool for kids…. There is a new multimillion dollar elementary school across the street … that was 10 years ago…. People care about and watch out for each other. There is also a FB group started by one of the people who live in...

The best park I've ever seen or lived in. I lived there years ago my mom and dad have lived there for 35 years and the owners are all great! The property is beautiful the modular homes are just gorgeous.. I wouldn't be opposed to one day living...
