AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! I came here a year ago to get a quote for a custom engagement ring. From the moment I walked in, Ellen and the whole staff treated me like family. I was given tons of information on the design and setting, how they could make it specifically for my needs, metal type, etc. I was told to come back when we were ready to go ahead, with no pressure to buy or hurry in any way. When the time came to actually make the ring almost a year later, the staff remembered me and shared in my excitement and joy. Everyone here is absolutely lovely and they genuinely care. When I walked into Designer’s touch, I was greeted promptly by Krissy. She was extremely happy to help me. She was truly interested in trying to find what I wanted. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and she made me feel not only very welcome but also very comfortable. She took her time with me and we found exactly what I was looking for! I was so excited. At that point, Krissy introduced me to Harry since I had some old jewelry I also wanted to sell. He was also so extremely nice and made me feel very comfortable.
