Amigos — Local services in Lubbock

If you want moldy or rotten goods shop here. For the past 2 months we have gotten groceries from here and each trip results in something disgusting. This ranges from tomatoes rotten in their bags. Potatoes that are mostly molded over. A sealed bag of pork skins moldy. Their auga frescas tasting rotten and spoiled like over ripe fruit. And finally a sealed box of Cella's chocolates with nothing but mold decorating the inside of the box.

Honestly this was disappointing and truly horrible. The staff here may be friendly but they certainly don't rotate stock.they rather put their rotten food on sale rather than cut the losses. I've given this store plenty of chances regarding their stock but I've given up shopping here.as I suggest those who wish to keep their family safe and happy from the risks of botchulism and...

Customer service sucks I ordered online for curbside pickup and they forgot two 24 packs of ozarka water and I went back in I didn’t leave the store I checked before I drove off and I told the lady can you give me my water and she made a big deal at of it and made me wait so she could check the cameras to look and make sure I wasn’t lying. And then after making me wait and she didn’t even apologize and told me ok you can go it after you accuse me of lying. This isn’t the first time they forget stuff all the time. I always shop at Amigos because it’s convenient but this will be last time I shop at Amigos. Their food sucks too don’t buy from the kitchen last time I ordered a torta it tasted horrible. Few things I really find good at Amigos are: Fruits: their fruits are comparatively inexpensive. They offer variety of deals which makes apples, oranges etc cheaper than the original price. Their fruits qualities are also top-notch especially Papaya. I usually buy white grapes, bananas, apples and oranges from there. Vegeatables: their vegetables are good and inexperience comparing to walmart. We usually buy green cabbage, eggplant, cilantro, tomato, broccoli, abogado, potatoes, onion, mushroom, and strawberry from there. Cookies/chips: they've varieties of cookies and chips to offer.
