I went to him to replace my dryers heating element. I wasn't ready to fork over $80+ for the new element, but I knew I should. He tested the old one, without request, and told me it was good. He then sold me the thermostat kit and I paid about $25 less. Got home, replaced the thermostat and just like that, trip to the laundromat was happily canceled. Garcia's was called and told what was needed to fix my dryer. Carlos gets to my house does not have what is needed. He leaves my house telling me he is going to come back. I get a phone call to an excuse that his truck was not working properly. He just drove over to my house. If you didn't want the business you should have told me when I first called you. I will let others know about a poor excuse...

Was shopping around for a dryer. Stopped at this place and the young lady was very welcoming. What ever question i had was answered. I got a dryer for a very reasonable amount. This is a great place and they are very friendly amd knowledgeable. I would have had same day delivery but was busy the rest of the day. They dropped it off switched the plugs and took the old one....
