I have never left a review any where before but the whole interaction left a really bad taste in my mouth. I went Saturday around 8pm to get dinner with my fiance as we had the BOGO foot long paper coupon that said it could be used for any foot long sub and the only restriction was it couldn't be used with other coupons. We walk in as the only man there is finishing checking out a customer and so we are the only ones left in the store. We ordered a number 12 and a number 8. I asked for my number 12 to just be made the way it comes, which he looks back and forth from the menu and then to making the sandwhich. puts turkey on there and then ham aswell when it isnt supposed to come with ham, puts lettuce on halfway through realizes it was no lettuce but spinach instead (I'm not normally that person it's really the rude comment after that was the most infuriating) so he puts it on top of the lettuce and puts the tiniest amount of avocado, asked to add on cucumber and banana pepper and when I asked for those two things to be added the man looked at me and muttered a remark on how I sure have a big appetite. Took almost 35 minutes for two sandwhichs and I understand being short staffed and maybe he was new, but you don't comment on the amount of food people eat, period. Then at the end when I was checking out and handed him the coupon and he made a comment about getting all the extra stuff on my sub just so I could get one for free ( which niether of us asked for extras besides me getting two extra veggies, my sandwhich already came with avocado and bacon included in the price so nothing cost wise was added) then said we could not use the coupon because it is not either of the sandwhichs on the picture on the coupon. But the coupon said ANY foot long was BOGO Equal or lesser value, so whichever one should have been cheaper. Read moreI pulled up in the drive thru. The lady asked to help me and I told her one moment so I could look at the menu. She said she will be back....and never came back.
I reversed out of the drive thru and went in. Not a single person in line. I was not even acknowledged when I walked in. They were trying to wrap up the one car in drive thru. It was clear the man and woman didn't work great together. Miscommunication between them. He had asked her several times what chips and didn't understand so I told him.
Finally it was my turn and the guy tells me it is his second day. My sandwich gets burned in the toaster bc he opened it too early and then shut it and the timer started again. He had no idea what he was doing....but that isn't his fault. It's day 2. The lady who appears to be managing at the moment literally went and sat down at a table working on something else and did not help him until another 2 customers walked in. He was having to yell across the line to her to get instructions on how to make a certain sandwich. I had to poont out what tray the steak goes in bc she wouldn't get up to help him. Terrible management.
My daughter who is 4 recognized her bad demeanor and said out loud she seems mean. If that gives you a sense of her facial expressions. Terrible.

Read moreThe worker was so rude and our food was not good, we ordered 2 meatball subs and the meatballs where all burnt and there was no marinara sauce on them at all, I am very unsatisfied with the food and the service I received, I wasn't able to get a name for the worker but if I was the manager I would fire her, whenever I walked into the store there was no one at the counter and after waiting about 5 minutes some lady came around the corner and whenever i saw her I said "hey there" and all I got was a very mean and disgusted look back from her, I went ahead and continued my order but whenever the lady asked what bread I wanted she said "what do you want" in a very rude and mean, I tried asking for a manager but she said "I don't have to do that" so I would 100% recommend going to a different subway or just finding something else to eat...
