Shopping at Lululemon is always a positive experience, but this location really stood out. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to be helpful—answering questions, making thoughtful suggestions, and guiding me through different options without ever being pushy. It made the whole visit feel comfortable and stress-free.

What impressed me just as much was how well-stocked and organized the store was. The selection is excellent—plenty of sizes, colors, and styles neatly displayed and easy to browse. From the wall of joggers and shorts to the variety of shirts, tanks, and accessories, everything was fully stocked and thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to find exactly what I needed. Compared to other stores where items are often picked over, this location really shines for keeping its inventory fresh and plentiful.

Over the years I have become a loyal lululemon customer. I believe the quality of their workout clothes and other items are great and I’ve always enjoyed getting to buy new things from here! This review is not about lululemon itself but the customer service (or lack thereof) that I have experienced at this particular location. I would not be leaving this review if this only happened once. On multiple occasions, I have not been greeted, I have just been stared at, like not sure if there was something on my face? Not once am I ever greeted by an employee or asked if I need any help. They just stand around or talk to people who they might be more interested in. That is the impression I have gotten on multiple occasions. While that might not be true, that is what I am unfortunately seeing. I have talked to friends of mine with the same impression, so I know I’m not crazy. :) It’s honestly very disappointing because that is not the kind of service that I was expecting from this store, as I have been to plenty of other stores that are overly friendly and willing to help. I was super excited about lululemon coming to Lubbock, but now it doesn’t really mean anything...

Went in to exchange a defective align jacket and pants and was told to pick something out, by the time i got to the counter i was told they wouldn’t be returning the jacket because i “dried” it, jacket as never once dried. I hung it to dry, i explained how i called customer service about this issue before going in and they told me that i wouldn’t have a problem. Workers was untruthful about who there “manager” was and accused me of lying, but at the same time told me “you have accused us of lying and that’s not ok” so i guess that’s a double standard. They also told me they was doing me a favor and didn’t have to do anything for me. Lulu lemon should speak with the staff at this store about how they treat there customers. PARKER couldn’t have been anymore rude if she tried. I hope no one else has to experience the treatment that i received by her and her coworker today. I already called and spoke with cooperate and there helping me. Will never give my money to...
