Rise N Shine Donuts — Restaurant in Lubbock

This is the worst rise and shine in Lubbock. I arrived within the allotted time for breakfast burritos but the machines where down for repair. When I mildly expressed my discontent the manager flew off the handle and very rudely suggested that I go elsewhere for breakfast. Where's the empathy? Where's the excellent customer customer service I've become accustomed to at their 4th and Frankford location? Not here at 8001 Quaker. That, I can assure you. The owner was present but didn't speak a lick of English and couldn't grasp what was going on when I explained it to him.
