Raider Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Lubbock

I literally am still in shock about what happened last night. I was here with my boyfriend and his friends and their parents when a massive fight broke out near the bar. 2 of the guys we were with got dragged down and jumped basically. We were simply just trying to leave when several of raider bars employees wete trying to throw and push us out the door. My boyfriend ended up in a headlock from somebody and the mexican/white security guard bouncer whatever he was then starts throwing punches at my boyfriend’s head, i mistakenly stood in front of him when this was happening and ended up getting hit and pushed down by this guy( Yes i was in the way, But he knew he was hitting a female when he threw punch to the back of my head). I am a bartender myself and i am telling you right now, when i saw this guys shirt said staff on it i was APPALED! The bouncers here are looking for a fight i will tell you that right now. Whoever is training these people or hiring them needs to take a big look at the staff . Instead of protecting other people from the first altercation the staff was just fighting random people at the end of it. Simply just trying to leave. I am disgusted at this place and will be telling everybody i know to never go into this...

the first time I went to this place was this Friday. My boyfriend was push, forced out of this place by the workers (5 of them) they broke his mouth, stole his glasses and broke his phone even when he didn't do anything other than spending money on this trashy place. A girl throw two bottles out of the window and a guy that was outside saw my boyfriend standing there and told him "I saw it It was you"? and the second time a guy came inside and started fighting my boyfriend I was in the middle and they even throw me on the floor like a trash bag, then 5 of the workers came and hit my boyfriend and dragged him out of there and the other guy was there chilling all good, then the MANAGER didn't even let me in to look for the glasses that they took, but the guy that started the fight walk right in like nothing. THIS PEOPLE ARE TRASH and it seems that all they want is fight the people that are spending money there. I hope they get out of business soon, because you honestly don't deserve anything good in life, oh you should have a look in the cameras so you can see by yourselves that type of bad humans...

I have never given a bad review at any restaurant/bar, but I absolutely had to in this case. I went to Raiders and only spent $9, but realized a few days later that Raiders had charged my account for $29, $20 more than I had spent. A few days later I approached the staff at Raiders and they all told me their manager wasn't there but would be back after awhile. I ended up going back 3 times that day and finally the servers/bartenders couldn't even give me a good response as to when their manager would be there, I felt lied to. So the moral of the story is, don't go to Raiders unless you want to have them overcharge you $20 and then have them lie to your face about when the manager will be back. I will never go back to Raiders and I will make sure to let everyone know about this instance. If you go to Raiders they will...
