Horrible experience they really went down hill I used to go to them for all my phone repairs in the past so I decided to take my console for a hdmi repair the only problem with my console it literally messed up four days before I took to them only issue no other issues I pick it up the first time and immediately have an over heating problem💀 so I call and request a manager and let them know all they could do was give me a discount little did they know I have friends and family out of town that do it for a living and let me know the only way this issue could happen is if they neglected to replace the cooling paste/liquid in the ps5 witch was told it has to be replace when opened up to prevent that so I send it with them pick it up a whole two weeks later and I can hear it clearly rattling I didn’t even make it to my truck and turned around and sat there as this guy told me it’s normal and proceeded to show me another PlayStation he tried to shake it and no sound at all and told me see it’s normal like what lol buddy you really are gonna sit here and lie to my face so I proceeded to be like okay shake that one I’ll shake mine and you can see that’s not normal he got frustrated went back to his phone to talk to whatever lazy half a brain cell “technician” did that hack job and just told me if there a issue bring it back will fix it for free now my console will not even turn on😂 and I sure as hell won’t take them back to them to keep braking it some more my advice to the owners find some people that can actually fix electronics bc in my town you’ve done plenty of people wrong especially after asking around yall should be ashamed to call...

Service was fast, but the screen they put on the phone was pure garbage. The iPhone X has a 60hz OLED screen and somehow he found a 30hz LCD knock off to put on it with absolutely horrendous colors and contrast that makes me motion sick to scroll on. I was in no way warned that he did not have any proper OLED screens. I’m down $130 and now I have to order a proper replacement screen for $60 more to put on myself before I’m even comfortable selling this phone to someone else because I’m actually honest and this is no longer a proper iPhone in this condition. On top of this, my phone now locks me out for 30 minutes at a time or randomly messages people if I put it in my pocket so I can’t even put my phone in my pocket anymore. I wasn’t expecting a local shop to have OEM Apple parts, but I certainly expected anyone representing themselves as an expert on screen replacements to actually put a properly specced aftermarket screen on my phone. I highly recommend looking for another shop that has techs who either understand the technology they are...

They used to be good. but Last year i went to get my screen fixed for my old phone and they messed up my speaker because after getting my phone back, had to put on speaker or people couldn't hear me and on Facetime, my side of the phone sound so muffled. and back in Jan., i bought an XR from them and i wish i would've asked was anything wrong with the phone but they sold me a broke phone. part of my left side of the screen can not tap AT ALL, it's very hard trying to work with it but it's all i can afford right now. may not be the shop, may be an employee but i don't know. do...
