Absolutely terrible. My husband and I stopped for something to eat. We asked what condiments come on one of the meals that was ordered. The girl proceeds to tell us lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, and bacon. We get all the way home to find barbecue sauce on the burger. So we called before returning to have the meal remade. Upon speaking with the cashier at the window what I’m assuming was a manager asked how they could help. We explained to her that we were just in the drive thru about 15 mins and when asked what condiments came on a meal we were interested in the cashier did not mention any but we got home to what looked like either barbecue sauce or ketchup. She proceeds to say well it shouldn’t be ketchup. We said we didn’t want any condiments on the burger. She takes the food for it to be remade. Before leaving we check again and to our surprised they had barbecue sauce on the sandwich. So my husband goes back inside to let them know it was made incorrect AGAIN. She tells my husband the confusion is coming because barbecue sauce isn’t considered a condiment so they put it on the burger again. Even after we said no condiments. Probably would have been done right if management had better control of their staff and put all the laughter and joking...
Read moreHad the worst most unprofessional experience at this Sonic tonight. Literally sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. We ordered two ice creams and a drink. We weren’t upset about the wait and we remained patient because I know how it can be sometimes working in the restaurant business. What really got to me is when we told her we were missing something and she asked a follow up question and my husband is deaf in one ear so he asked “what?” because he couldn’t hear her well. She then asked the question again and he answered. She then proceeded to shut the window and I could hear her loudly cussing about him all because he didn’t hear her well the first time and she had to repeat herself. Was it really that much of an inconvenience for you to repeat yourself after we were more than patient with the amount of time we had to wait for two ice creams and a drink? My husband received his missing Cherry Limeade and he said it tasted horrible and not made properly.
We have never had much of an issue with this Sonic before but, from now on we will go somewhere else for our late night ice cream outings...

Sonics advertises their cherry limeade with a slice of lime and an actual cherry in the drink. I guess they can't afford to do that anymore. Must be too expensive to change their advertising as well. Last night at the time we were there we were the only customers at the dine in at the time. There were 4 of us. My order was pretty simple a bacon cheese pretzel dog combo with NO ONIONS and a cherry limeade with the cherry and a lime which I stressed to the young man taking my order. When the order arrived on the table. My pretzel dog was covered in onion and my drink had NO cherry and NO lime. They gave me a new pretzel dog. But did not answer me when I asked about the cherry and the lime. When I asked again. Still no response. And I asked 2 more times. And still no response. What is going on? I am going to talk to someone in customer service. Or is it because its "fast food" you just don't care if the customer is happy or not.
