Motel 6 Lugoff, SC — Hotel in Lugoff

I have spent thousands of dollars staying here while getting back on my feet.To begin with everything was wonderful,but after a while things got worse and worse.During my extended stay the first time I was unable to get toilet paper all night,have not been able to shower,and have had to sleep on a bare mattress without a sheet for 2 nights because even after telling the staff I needed things they either just didn't bring it or if It wasn't left in the office overnight the employees can't get to anything.If you have an issue u are told they will let the owners know and then the owners never say anything to you about your complaints.I was once told to take my trash and linens to the dumpster and laundry room myself.Isn't that housekeepings job?Other guests are loud all hours of the night in the parking lot smoking marijuana and my room would smell like it and I was kept up all night.They charge more than better cheap motels that actually have amenities.They say they have wifi and you can't keep a connection .I was unable to get work done online and lost out on money for 3 days,they list a pool,but it is green and not open,and the free coffee in the lobby sucks if there is any made or sugar and creamer to put in it.You would think they would want to keep repeat customers that pay and don't cause problems happy so they want to come back.I called corporate and they put me on hold to call the motel,but if course the employees just said they would have to call the owner and the owner said she would take care of it the next day.3 days later not an apology or an offer of anything to make up for my stay being miserable.I demand a full refund for the 3 nights I paid for and an apology.I am leaving bad reviews for the motel everyday until this is resolved.Treat your...

If you want to listen to screaming and yelling all night. Literally until 3:30 am. This is the place for you! If you want to take a shower to only feel dirtier this place is awesome for that! Checked into because of previous plans falling through for 2 nights. Stayed 6 hours and was gone! The mini fridge looked like the pulled it up from a muddy ditch and stuck it in the room. The shower curtain looked like it was covered in mold and other nasty stains. If you want to walk your dogs I suggest putting boots on them. There is broken glass all over. Oh and if you don’t want maids in your room might as well check out because they are in there and your stuff will be messed with.
