Flex Gym — Local services in Lumberton

I have been attending Flex Gym for about a month now and enjoy a lot of things about it. It is located right in the middle of Lumberton so no more driving to Beaumont to work out. The money you would save on gas alone is worth the price.

Inside the gym, there is a little bit of everything as far as weights and weight/cardio machines go. I have not had to wait to get on a machine yet as it is generally laid back. I believe one time there were four other people in the gym with me, otherwise I am usually the only one in there or one of two or three people. The people I have encountered working out here have all been nice and respectful as Mr. and Ms. Ford do not tolerate people causing issues here.

When I have had to get ahold of Mr. or Ms. Ford they have responded quickly and fixed any issues I have had. My wife had a problem getting her account set up and emailed Mr. Ford at about 9:00 p.m. on a Sunday night, Mr. Ford responded within minutes and fixed the issue. Another time there was a door malfunction and I could not get into the gym. I sent an email and within minutes Ms. Ford drove to the gym and let me in. I cannot say enough good things about how well they run...

Flex Gym was absolutely awesome. I joined with a 12 month membership and it was well worth it. Even before the awesome renovation and expansion that's makes it what it is today. The owners were often in the gym and made a point of introducing themselves to members who were there. And when the expansion happened they made a point of asking for input and feedback on equipment and space use. Last I heard they still had awesome plans in the work for the coming year. They offer several packages and for those of you that don't want to be tied to a contract, they do offer a monthly no contract plan! They are also open 24/7! They are a Small Mom & Pop Gym and actually care about their members safety and well being and actually communicate with their members unlike these bigger gyms who could care less about you.
