Terrible experience. Paid for $40 in gas for my new platinum Ford F-150 truck. I was in the phone and my husband drove off. We called then returned right away as soon as I realized that he had not pumped the fuel. The manager looked up the video and confirmed that we did not pump the gas. She said someone came up behind us and pumped the fuel. Told me that we were out of luck. All I wanted was the fuel I paid for. I paid for a product and should have received it. Honestly I think the girls behind the counter stole the cash because they wouldn't show me the video after I basked to see it. It isn't the money. It's the principal. These people are crooks with terrible customer service. I wouldn't go here again if someone paid me. I'll make sure my husband and my other employees who were following me put negative reviews on this place too. My issue wad not resolved. My cousin & I was at Speedy Stop in Lumberton Tx about a week ago to use their cash wash for the first time cause we just got back from McFadden Beach that day & she had gotten the $12 car wash well first complain we have is that the guy can only rinse off one side of the car , then we start going through the car wash tunnel & it washes REALLY good but there's no rinse cycle , it goes from washing to wax to jet blow drying then the vehicle is done ..We was NOT pleased at all due to the fact there was no rinse cycle. And went through a car wash tunnel so we could get her car thoroughly cleaned from the beach sand & beach water . She said I will NOT use that Speedy Stop Car Wash tunnel again . Cheap gas and decent priced food. Employees are always super nice and friendly. I haven't encountered any skimmer devices here as they really take care of this place, and any time i have a problem, they are on it quickly.

Also, i would highly recommend their rewards program. It is literally free money for every dollar, you get a point and with 500 points you get five dollars off at the register, plus you get six drinks, and you get your seventh free! Wish i signed up sooner as it is easy to hit 500 points with the price of gas today.
