Ok You have to understand that we order quite a bit of food from Pizza Hut and it was perfect this time but they are constantly running out of pizza in different sizes and its a shame i had to actually have to physically go pick it up in person to get what i paid for. I went in person and i told the guy i was once again ordering and of🛎 course being charged like always for extra meat and extra cheese that I NEVER seem to actually get when delivered .. Thats like 4 to 5 extra dollars💸💸 over and over for nothing even when i leave a message📝 every time saying .📢📢.Extra means extra please! Still never got it so i tell him i will be actually checking my food before leaving for that reason. He goes to make excuses that they always put the allowed amount for extra..i tell him the amount they have been giving for extra wasn't even enough for how it is supposed to be regularly without extra. The pizza has just been pitifully sad and believe me i am huge Pizza Hut Fan but man it has been really pitiful and before i left with my food he said aren't you going to check it I said no need for that because i could tell just by the weight of the b pizza box it was much heavier and it was. When i got home my pizza was awesome and perfect as it should be very time and ts a shame as many times as i have told them extra i had to go pick it up and complain about my past delivery orderes for them to give me what iam always charged for 💸💳.Pizza Hut has awesome food and are capable off doing a much better job if they want to as they just proved it with that last perfect order. COME ON And Step it up Pizza Hut! And whats the deal. Who ever heard of a Pizza Hut running out of every kind of pizza crust but thin regularly like all the time running out of almost everything! We picked up our last pizza in person on New Years EVe and it was only 7pm and they were already running out of crust as usual. They knew they would be selling a lot on New Years Eve yet at only 7pm they were already running out. Considering that they are delivering for orders from All of Silsbee, Lumberton and Beaumont it looks liike you would be trying to always have enough on hand. Just saying...wasnt b even offered any kind of discount to compensate for having to order only what they had? But have to say considering delivery for so many places even when short on drivers. They managed to make amazing time with all my deliveries...⏳⏳🚘⏰Great job on delivery. So please don't be so cheap with the toppings when we are paying so much for it.I only want what I paid for💸 and nothing more. Fabulous job on the last pick up order on New years eve except not having enough on hand but what i got was fabulous! And you Fried Apple Pies are to die for! To the point the mgr has written my order down for ALL staff to see, and not only was it wrong when I got there, I waited for him to remake it and he did it completly wrong again!!!!!!!!!!!!! Incompetence!!!! You want me to forgive you cause you had a hard night, so whats the excuse for the second pizza being completly wrong????? You just don't care!!!!! FACT: He said he was "completely out of pasta." FACT: I said, "okay, that's fine" and then asked about the pizza. He said, "I didn't make it because when I tried to call you, the phone number was disconnected."
