Horrible customer service. I ordered a used game online and was disappointed when I arrived to pick it up and realized it didn’t come with the original box. I asked if I could return it. This clearly pissed off April who appeared to have an attitude before the transaction ever began to begin with. She went to go look for the box while shaking her head like I was being ridiculous for wanting what I want. While finishing up the return, her friend came in and she cut him a look, clearly in reference to me, which caused him to laugh. Read morePoor service. Any transaction takes at least 15 minutes, even without anyone in front of you. If there is any line be prepared to stand there for at least an hour.
Store is not understaffed, as employees continue working in the back (legitimately) while the line in-store grows. As digital copies grow in sales, the most important part of this store is the used games and buyback. This is the type of activity, buying or selling, that takes so long in store.
