Me and a group of teenager girls came to this location. We sat near the front and we could see that the young guy Andrew was left to run the front at this location alone on a Saturday afternoon. He was doing the best he could, and was so very nice. He was taking all in person orders, refilling drinks alone and even making ice cream. One of the employees actually yelled at him because he was doing his best to keep up with all of it at once and I guess the ice cream needed more milk and it started making a loud noise. I felt so bad for him. The employee Kayla on the other hand was extremely rude to one our teenagers and told her to “wait” while she was ordering, and the whole time we were sitting she would roll her eyes and even at one point slammed a tray on the counter. She didn’t help Andrew at all! She was acting like she was working by wiping a table for like 20 mins. We watched it all. I did brag to another employee about Andrew but decided to leave the comments about Kayla on here. I have never seen a location where one employee runs the front with no help. As a manager myself, that isn’t fair and it needs to be fixed. Through all the chaos Andrew was kind and helped as much as he could. Thanks for your customer service! You deserve a raise, and hopefully the cooperate office sees this review and looks into that never...
Read moreI have a couple problems with the Lumberton location but have none with any other. I recently visited this location and after pulling halfway through the drive through I was told you cant have trailers in our drive through in a very rude manner. A young lady with dark hair came from inside yelling tell him to back up, you can't have no trailers in our drive through. There are no signs visible that I could find nor regulations I am aware of preventing a small trailer if you are not obstructing anything, anyone, or causing any damage. I have been several times in the past and although you mention the amount of sauce you would like it's either missed completely or you are shorted. I am very disappointed to say the least with this treatment and the manner it was handled. I did however back the trailer like a champ out of the drive through and was asked if I would now like to place my order by the young gentleman that acted surprised that I was asked to back out. I refused to order any food at this point and thanked him for asking then proceed to go to cook out instead and they had no issue with my trailer, taking my order, my money, or providing a service and food? Do better...
Read moreHadn't visited Chick-fil-A since my childhood and finally decided to go with my colleagues. I bought the spicy chicken sandwich meal with a sweet tea. After I paid, they handed me this ugly plastic cone for my order... When I got my food 5-7 minutes later, it didn't live up to the hype people claim. My sandwich did not have anything, except chicken, two thin pickle slices and the bread... The cashier didn't ask if I wanted anything on it and I assumed it came with everything and you tell them what to omit. He shouldn't have assumed that everyone knows their menu! The chicken meat was kind of dry and didn't seem flavorful. The waffles fries were great, always my favorite. Their employees are friendly, but that doesn't cut it for me. The facility was decently clean, not sparkling, but clean enough to dine-in. It was very full though, on this particular Wednesday around noon. The drive-thru had about 3 full lines operating and the dining room was full.
bottom-line: would not recommend this place to anyone, and most likely would never go back because it just wasn't "good." Nothing personal, just an unbiased review from a 20 year old...
