The customer service is a joke. Let me explain the seller Jason provided incorrect delivery information. I specifically asked is this dinning set going to be delivered by Thanksgiving since my family was coming over total 8 people. He said yes, before I paid it off I asked again he said yes. That did not happen. So no dinning table for my guest okay. I go to store because no one reached out to say the table was delivered, okay so I said to the manager Ms. Claudia I want the table delivered as a courtesy since your sales representative provided incorrect information for the commission, she said he gave wrong information, she will speak with him and call me back, but can't provide delivery since it's not their fault. Hmmmmm still haven't received the call, nor do I know if she even spoke to Jason in regards to the wrong information given, which in return caused me not to have my dinning table for Thanksgiving. Communication is contradicted depends who you speak with. I ended up picking the table up myself, and still no one has called about why the communication changes according to who you speak with. Word of mouth is big, I will express my dissatisfaction with anyone I come in contact with. Respect is big, keeping your word is bigger. If your word means nothing well you know the rest. I would not purchase anything else from this place simply because they seem to care about you getting the furniture and they obtaining a commission. My family and I came in and we were immediately greeted by a nice lady who asked for our names, complimented my daughters, an asked what we were looking for. After we told her she then told us how the store was organized and told us to look around. Normally this is when the salesperson hovers or goes to a desk and stares at you, this lady didn’t do that she went and helped someone else and allowed us to look and talk amongst ourselves and didn’t approach until she noticed that we had stopped looking And looked as if we made a choice. She then informed us about the layaway and finance options without the feeling that she was pressuring us to make a purchase. We then went to the finance lady and realized the the furniture we were looking at was out of our budget. As we began to walk towards the front door. She then came to us and willingly helped us find something in our price range. The entire time she helped us, me nor my wife felt any pressure into buying anything and it felt more as if she was a friend helping us make a decision.
