I would highly not recommend giving a company your business where if you put in a bad review on them for not taking your business seriously or apologizing on behalf of an employee of theirs who speaks to you disrespectfully, they In turn cancel your account with them in good standing, as retaliation, instead of kindly reaching out to rectify the issue. If my customers, who are spending their hard earned money with me, told me an employee of mine was disrespectful for no reason, I sure as hell would call them to listen to their concern before disrespecting them further.
