My mom likes them but my few experiences with them have not been good. #1 - Mom bought me a white gold ring, asked them to cut it so I could wear as toe ring. All they did was put a cut through it. Had to bring it back to explain they needed to remove a small section and solder close the ends. #2 - Had a watch that second hand was skipping a few seconds. Brought it in to have battery replaced. They gave it back to me saying pblm wasnt with battery - watch was broken. I told them the second hand was ticking when I gave it to them - they denied it. Brought it to another jeweler and paid $100 for them to fix stem. #3 - Helping mom go thru her jewelry. Found pr of earings marked 14K but they where tarnished. The day after I did I went into this jewelers and described my cross and told them to keep an eye out if someone tries to sell it to them. I left my number and hadn't heard from them.
