First City Meats — Local services in Lynn

First City Meats is a bonafide Butcher Shop! I went there yesterday and they have an awesome selection of prime cut meats! They are located in a new building at 698 Washington st in Lynn Massachusetts! I highly reccomend that you go there! They opened for their First day yesterday! This place is locally owned and they are all about the community and serving them the best meats with amazing service and tons of quality! You can order your holiday meats , roast or prime cut meat for any gathering! The cool thing after you buy your meats , they also have a really cool selection of dry rub spices you can take home and keep in your spice collection! Best of Luck to you Josh! We tried selections from the chicken, pork and beef options: Best bacon on northshore - comparable price to quality bacon you'd find in nice supermarket, but all meat (i.e. - no added water to plump up in case that cooks off) Josh makes amazing all beef (pork casing) spicy sausages - just the right amount of heat - and other pork sausages were great Chicken thighs were plump and grilled up great
