I went for the first time and I didn't have the first time experience I wanted, the lady that did my nails was already in a bit of a mood.I wasn't sure how long I wanted my nails so I took a bit of time thinking, she raised her voice at me saying to hurry and she rolled her eyes...i asked for how much it would be for a full set with gel before and she didnt answer me until she put the nails on and told me that it would be $45 just for a basic color in gel...and onwards with the procces she was very rude during all of it...when she got to the color part I specifically wanted a white pink and gold color for a party I was going to but she raised her voice and said "why so many colors??!" And I told her why and she said rudely "it's going to cost you more", and she was actively forcing me to get gel cuz of the cost, she constantly kept filing my nails and it hurt very much most painful nail experience ever, after she finished my nails i noticed she didnt even do them nicely...she left glue on the sides, she left the tips very thick, she didnt paint them well, and she left the acrylic very bumpy as you can see in the photos...never going back and it wasn't worth...

VERY ............RACIST people. First of all I Called and spoke to steve before I went way to the location. My brother wanted to use the restroom and the owner Vicky stated that the restroom was just for customers. And that's when I made her aware that I was a customer and that I had spoken to someone on phone already, and also that I wanted my nails and my feet done. After My brother was refused to use the restroom. He decided to go outside to use the restroom. Then She asked what kinda nails I wanted and called steven out from the back and he then asked what the problem was. After reiterating what just happened. He said " Well I refuse your service too" why B cuss I'm black, or because my brother had to use the restroom. I'm confused as hell right now. I thought I drove way over here to get my nails done. Came here today the place didnt look too clean the door entrance is full of ants asked for a pedicure they had me sit and wait 15 min once the lady came the chair arm rest was a lil dirty like if someone spilled a drink the chairs are clearly not wiped down i was there an hour i didnt see anyone keeping anything clean or sanitized no wiping down i chose their 25$ pedi option witch clearly states scrub and massge i got a foot scrub but not what is advertised no massage was given of all my years getting pedicures all over L.A at diff nail shops this is the worst false advertising rude front door employee they ask you to tip on top of a 2$ card fee witch takes from tipping most places charge 50cents and by law they should not be charging ppl to use their card o will uplaod the pic of the package i got with service i paid for and didnt get once i told the girl upfrony she gave me a rude sorry excuse necer coming back the polish job was uneven the lady hurt my toes several times just all around...
