It has a home vibe. Lind of like being at home with relatives scattered throughout the house. They should definitely make it more modern and add more amenities. Possibly build up and make use of the beautiful views from the roof with a pool and jacuzzi area. Maybe add another floor or two.Open up the laundry area to guests if they build going up they can make the rooms larger and add more amenities to them. I think they should buy the market downstairs and make it a restaurant where the guests can order room service and have brunch and dinner. If they do that they can put in an elevator. There's a boutique they can also make available to the guests. They can let the owners of the current business be in the whole venture in return of them joining in on becoming a boutique hotel. The owners ate good people and they made me feel safe. That's very important...

sorry but there's like no air conditioning in the rooms are super hot you know privacy bathrooms are in the hallway and there's no elevator pure stairs you have to walk up and there are soda vending machines and of course if you want to take a shower it's also in the hallway.. no privacy...
