They have a huge selection and are always in stock but they’re expensive. I go to Wildside or Bongz and Thongz in Ann Arbor for my Naked 100 juice whenever possible because they sell it for $15-$18 while Mr. Vapor charges $23.35 for a single bottle - that’s a huge price difference so I basically only come to Mr. Vapor as a last resort when I haven’t been out to Ann Arbor recently and I need juice. Also had an issue once where the employee wouldn’t open like ten minutes early for me to get juice when I was completely out because he said that he can’t open early because “the managers watch the cameras to make sure he cleans up in the morning.” Like, what? I’m pretty sure the managers only care that you’re being productive with your last five minutes before the store opens because there are usually no customers there, and if they knew you turned away business literally ten minutes before open they would probably question what the hell you were thinking. I also had to be to work so I couldn’t stay ten more minutes until they opened and just had to leave. Super annoying of that employee. I’ve worked plenty of customer service/cashier jobs and if someone came in ten minutes early to buy a product I would always gladly accommodate them, especially if they couldn’t come back. Bought a HIRO ecig to quit smoking. A week and a half later it stopped charging. So today I went back and bought ANOTHER one. Got home and the new one wasn't working right. Basically you had to hit it 10x harder than the original one I bought to have it work. Took it back within 20 minutes because it was defective. The sales person refused to replace it with a new one stating that since it worked it wasn't defective even though I showed him it didn't work right. When something doesn't work right, it's defective. It wasn't until I got angry and said I'd never come back there then he replaced it. I took the new one (third times a charm) and tested it. It worked right and he saw it. They need to work on their definition...

Extremely rude staff. Very pushy and not helpful at all. When I asked info on products I was interested in I was given little to no response but the "clearance" products I was consistently being pushed to buy. Extremely annoying when I can't get the info I want but am getting info I don't need pushed on me. Also another day I asked about a product and the employee just told me it's over there.
