Do not use this business if you have what they deem a "small" job. They are looking for the large projects with a builder and will promise you timeliness but come up with every excuse while they back burner your job. Further you will spend countless hours with a designer to come up with the perfect stain color and then pieces of the vanity get installed and paid for that do not match!. The stain is not consistent on all sides but they will give you a word salad of reasons that it is the wood you selected! Save yourself the headaches of pulling these pieces out after the marble and sinks are installed and stay far away! Its all smoke and mirrors with their smooth salesperson and their beautiful showroom. Beware. Hinsdale can do better-trust me. My bathroom project that i waited 5 years to do has cost my family much stress and major disappointment. Not to mention the tens of thousands. Oh and not to mention the missing hardware that I paid for through my designer and delivered to Signature Cabinetry. I was told hardware should be put on while cabinets are being constructed....

We experienced significant, avoidable delays caused by Signature Custom Cabinetry, resulting from mismanagement and negatively impacting the construction of our custom-built home. These delays led to substantial financial and logistical complications.

Furthermore, we encountered quality issues, including mis-measurements in the cabinets, which should not occur in a company of their claimed caliber. The finished product did not meet advertised standards, with drawers that were difficult to close smoothly and panels displaying warping problems.

They consistently blamed the builder, failed to take responsibility for their mistakes, and were unable to fulfill their commitment to install the cabinets as agreed. Communication was persistently challenging, causing additional stress, particularly since I was heavily pregnant at the time and caring for a new baby. The lack of empathy and unprofessional customer service...
