Culver’s — Restaurant in Lyons Township

Major shout out to everyone that works Culver’s you guys are truly sitting in the bar for excellence when it comes to regards to customer service. Love the fact that you always get some Culver’s custard when you do a little surveys on the bottom of the receipt same deal with getting the kids meals you get a free scoop kids love that it’s a little disappointing that you have to collect 10 of the tokens to get the points to get a toy.

The food is exceptionally delicious. I mean everything on the menu is just absolutely good. I like that. They always change up like the flavors of the day so you can get something different. They always seem to keep the restaurant very clean and orderly. Good selection of drinks good variety of different custard that they have ready on hand and pint size.

Love that you guys accept the mailer coupons like the coupons that come out in the mail so you can get kind of a better deal for a value basket.

I highly recommend trying the fried shrimp the jumbo fried shrimps the pretzel bites and the cod sandwich are all really good as well as the bacon deluxe, double and instead of getting the regular fries, you should always try getting it as chili cheese fries, and ask for the little bit of sour cream on the side, cause it really makes like the whole...

I love Culvers and have never had a bad experience until tonight. I ordered a butter burger with cheese everything on it and received a deluxe with everything which are 2 entirely different sandwiches. I didn't recieve a receipt. I got home before I realized what happened I promptly called the restaurant and spoke with Omar who told me that their procedure was that if I didn't have a receipt there was nothing he could do for me. I questioned him on the situation and was cut off and told that I needed to specify what I wanted better. I tried to explain that I frequent Culvers at all different locations and have never had an issue with asking for a butter burger with cheese and getting it so why is this situation so different but was again cut off before I could finish I then cussed the young man out and said I was gonna take it up with corporate which he replied to by telling me that he was gonna report me to corporate for my vulgar language I used with him. Unfortunately this is by far the worst experience I've had at a Culvers and I'm not happy that I paid for food that I wouldn't eat. Waste of time and...

Updated review 4/16/2024: My previous review was a 1 star review based on unprofessional management. So far since then I haven't seen much hostility toward the employees unless it's from impatient customers who struggle to comprehend that they're not the only people waiting.

Anyways, I've received exceptional service lately. Mainly from a very kind tall man with a beard and slightly longer hair. I wish I would've asked for his name. There's also another taller man who has a little stubble and glasses, he always greets me and calls me sir, which is cool because I'm actually transgender and I get a confidence boost each time I see him. Thank you. :)

The food has improved as well, and their speed is top notch. I will admit Friday night was very busy BUT the employees handled it very well and professionally.
