Burger King — Restaurant in Georgia

I visited the drive thru around 5:45 this afternoon. My order was incorrect. I ordered the chicken club salad with an extra patty on the salad, three 8 piece nuggets which are advertised on the sign for$1.49 each, 3 LG sweet teas which are supposed to be $1.00 and three medium fries. To start off my order was rung up incorrectly, but was corrected. My food was wrong and after 3 failed attempts I asked for a refund. The mgr came to the window and said he can't do a refund he's in training...so I asked what am I supposed to do just keep incorrect food and he rolled his eyes and walked away and never returned to the window.... everyone started to get an attitude and wouldn't help. So I said I will be back in the morning for my refund and I'm calling corporate office. I've always had good service until today and that is it. No longer will I ever visit this location. And word of advice presentation is everything. You don't throw food in a bag where everything is spilled all out of the bag. We ended up just tossing it in the trash because that's not sanitary. I am adjusting my review because this crew is horrible. I went to the Burger King on 07/27/25 at 2:35 where I was met with rude customer services. The individual working the drive-thru was very rude and you could tell she didn't want to be there. While I was in line I heard her tell a customer ordering "you told me you don't want the drink and now you want it" and to top it off I got a large onion ring, usually if I get a large or anything no matter where I go fast food wise I usually get two dipping sauces "we charge for them now" I asked since when because I never been charged for extra anything. Again I asked if I can get an extra onion ring sauce for my large onion ring "you got .32 cents" was what I got back and when I asked to speak to the manager the manager was just as rude saying "well I don't know who's been giving you it for free as I'm the manager now and I need my .32 cents. Burger Kings motto has always been "Have it your way" right? Welll they should put "We'll rip you off"! I've ate there my last time. I go to the drive up and order two Woppers with cheese, No lettuce No tomato. But add extra onion on both. I get to the window and pay. They didn't give me my receipt then they put it in the bag with my order. I get home and look at my receipt and they charged me .30 cents per Wopper for exta onion and even charged an exta .60 cents for cheese!!! That's an $1.80 they just ripped me off of. If they are going to start charging extra for something you want, then why dont they give me .30 cents for the lettuce and .30 cents for the tomato I didn't want???? Because correct me if Im wrong but a Wopper comes standard with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle!!
