I visit this location frequently. My first issue is that they are continuously running out of something. Either there's no juice or no jelly for breakfast. This morning I visited for breakfast and the lady at the drive thru definitely did not want to be there. When I came to the mic to order, her greeting was horrible..."Welcome to Krystal's...." No, "May I help you or what would you like to order?" I ordered my food and asked for grape jelly, "We don't have no jelly at all." was her response. My second issue is that once I got to the window she asked me what I ordered again and then rang it up. Mind you they weren't busy at all. But my major issue is that she had a sleep bonnet on her head like she just woke up. Her look and attitude was totally unprofessional to be working at the drive thru window, let alone working at a restaurant. Once I received my order, she just handed it out of the window without looking at me and saying, " Have a nice day." just say something. No proper greeting, no proper hand off of my food, no professionalism. The sad part is that the manager was working with her and didn't say anything. This isn't the first time that I have encountered this type of unpleasant service at this location. Please re-train the staff or close this location. ...
Read moreTo the person, hopefully not manager with the red protective hair style. Thank you soooooooo very much for returning my money since you guys took so long preparing two Spicy Chiks, onion rings, and apple pie. I hopped back in drive thru to confirm readiness, and was concerned about if it was cold or not at that point because I was the only one in line at the time. I was told on speaker that it was about to be brought out but it was several people in line at this point. So yes I tried to do you guys a favor by driving around the building a second time. But now getting out my car coming to the window to assist you guys. I tapped once nobody budged. But when I tapped harders of course I got the cook attention.. Again drive thru operator is still attempting to gather my order. But Here You Go, On A Power Trip Returning The Company's revenue showing more incompetence when you could have had a retention conversation. Ex. Um Mam Excuse Us For The Timing Of Our Service, I understand you are anxious for your food, or in a rush. But try not to knock on the window like that. Give Us A Sec. . That's what being a manager looks like. It's not your house homey, It's Business. But I'm so ecstatic that you gave me the opportunity to get better food, and speedier service with that...
Read moreThe drive-in at 10:30 pm was almost out to the street. It was a long wait to order, and since I ordered 12 cheese burgers and 2 orders of tator tots, I was told the Tator tots were not ready, and would have to wait for them. I did not mind as I saw how many people were in front of me, as well as the people behind me. As I waited in a parking space, I observed that the person (Jaden) that was delivering the orders looked tired.I also noticed that the order that was delivered in front of mine was huge and incomplete. When Jaden delivered my order, I asked him how long he had been on duty that day. He told me since 1pm, and was trying to clock out. He seemed to be concerned that he would be reprimanded for working over. I am writing this to say one thing: Jaden should be applauded and given a bonus for being willing to stay and deliver the orders instead of being nervous about it. I did not see the kitchen to see if there was more than 1 person in there, but I do know there was only 1 cashier, and only 1 person (Jaden) to deliver the orders. If he had not been there, I'm pretty sure my wait would have been a lot longer and my order probably would have been incorrect. This were my observations. I asked Jaden for his name so I could applaud his efforts for caring...
