I went on the night that they were doing karaoke I called before I went but it was so loud I couldn't talk to the person trying to take my order and for whatever reason they didn't feel it was necessary to leave the noise and just stayed right in the noise and you could barely call in your order so I managed to get the order in after I had to ask the person to go to a place where we can hear each other, when I got there I think because of all the confusion my order was wrong I didn't tell him I don't eat cheese so they had to redo the order it was still extremely loud and the young lady for some reason didn't understand that it was too loud and you're not supposed to try to take your customers orders over blaring karaoke music anyway so needless to say I was a little annoyed and disappointed that night generally they're okay, I think as a result of having to have it redone at the time they were getting ready to close, when I got my food back it just felt rushed and uncomfortable so that was my complaint for that night, I think that there could have been a little more common sense and consideration for your customers in the handling of the process would have saved everybody time...

Well, it was late, and very very dark out. Needed a margarita, found a place. Mexican Kareoaka going on, kitchen is closed, remember -the very late and​ dark out part? Got a table, ordered the previously mentioned margarita, you paying attention? Friendly server, offered wings and FF, perfect combo with the margarita (which is now margaritas) wings ok, medium hot is only the surface of Mercury rather than, I am sure, the Sun. Fries could be from a frozen bag from any back door it fell off a truck special deal just for you my friend. However! the margarita, well, it is just spectacular, just the way a real margarita is supposed to be. No,"Would you like the peach or the very special honeysuckle coconut jujubee flavored margarita tonight?"

Reminds me of Hussongs Cantina, Encinata 90 cent margarita, from a somewhat distant past. And if you don't know Hussongs, well look it up, you have access to every secret known to mankind in your hand, jeez, pay attention!

Foods decent and to an extent very authentic! This use to be my moms and I go to spot however, after today I doubt I’ll go back. We usually order online to pick up but today I wanted to treat my parents and took them to dine in. After getting a few to boxes I had to run out to take a quick call. My dad stayed back and paid . to our surprise there was a processing fee of 4% To use a card !! It was on disclosed on the receipt , however nowhere else in the restaurant.

My one star review is not about the processing fee more so about the customer service I had . While asking for a copy of my receipt and asking about the processing fee another worker whom I was not talking to started to interrupt my conversation with other worker telling me the processing fee is from the bank not the restaurant.

I understand it’s a small family business and these fees help with outputting some of the Cost in running said business I just wish we would have known or it was disclosed somewhere before we got sat I would have paid Cash or gone...
