Very fast and freindly!! My wife and I have never had such ease when purchasing new furniture. We came in with a general idea of what kind of recliner we wanted and were able to leave with an item that fit our needs in under 30 minutes. It was so convenient that we went back the next day and bought a bedframe and matress. This time we did have to wait for shipping, but it wasn't even a week before we got our items delivered!!! First, their insane policy of not doing any refunds, instead opting for stores credit. Who wants to return and do business with people who seem not care about being courteous to a customer. Poor customer service. Sales lady could be a lot more honest and polite when doing business. Bought a mattress and a specific metal bed frame.
