Visited on July 26th for the first time, and unfortunately, the customer service experience left a lot to be desired. I decided to check out the store after receiving a flyer in the mail advertising a free small watermelon and a box of honey buns, along with some other sale items. Wanting to save time, I created an online account before going. After browsing the store and picking up a few items—including the two free promotional ones—I proceeded to check out. The cashier, Mya, did not greet me or make any effort to be welcoming. She seemed visibly annoyed to be at work. After scanning the barcode from the mailer, she told me my account didn’t show up. I explained that I had just created it, and she told me I needed to go into my email and activate something, otherwise I wouldn’t be eligible for the free items. I didn’t want to hold up the line behind me, so I let her know I’d go ahead and purchase my other items and return later for the promotional ones after sorting it out. She responded with a sarcastic “So you don’t want them?”—forcing me to repeat myself. The interaction felt unnecessarily cold and dismissive. I returned to my car, activated my account, and came back into the store. Thankfully, Mya was helping someone else, and I was assisted by Tatiana, who was polite, friendly, and full of positive energy—exactly the kind of customer service you hope for. It was a complete turnaround from my first interaction. Lastly, the girl at the help desk was rude as well I didn’t get her name but she had a face piercing and permanent frown. I approached to ask a simple question, and despite no one else being in line, she seemed to not notice me. I politely said “Hi” and paused for a response, she looked up at me without saying anything and just stared with a face that read “what do you want? ” I was taken aback and honestly felt like I was bothering her. She finally responded to my question and simply stated “over there” while pointing, proving no further assistance. Overall, the store itself seems like a good option for buying in bulk without a membership, but the customer service seriously needs attention. Management should address how team members interact with shoppers—first impressions matter, and these kinds of encounters can drive potential customers away. I hope to see improvements if I return in the future.

If you are looking for bulk packages, this place has numerous items to choose from, especially for those with large parties to prepare for in masses.

I'm going to give it a 5 star review. They just opened and they have to work out the kinks. I saw a review talking about over night stocking. Give it time. Save the negativity. Lots of stores run out of certain items and have to wait for delivery's. That's not uncommon. It's for restaurants and open to the public. So with that, restaurants are going to purchase more than a regular household. I think it's great. It's not a club like Sam's or any other but you can buy in bulk. Thanks for opening in my city. We will support...

Really not that impressive. They have a few things if you're a caterer but I tried some other items and they weren't good. Leave the Chef Pierre peach cobbler. It is not good. Leave the frozen crabmeat in a pack. It's ground up fish with no crab to be seen. If I didn't wait to use it a week later I would have taken it back. I saw a lot of what looked like passed down 1 day from the trash veggies and fruits. Nothing for me to return to. It was my first and last stop to...
