I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Pastizza on its opening day, and I must say, this charming pizzeria has knocked it out of the park! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by friendly staff and an inviting ambiance that instantly transported me back to the bustling streets of New York City.

First on the menu was the pepperoni pizza, and let me tell you, it was a revelation. The crust was perfectly crispy, with just the right amount of chew—an ideal base for the generous layer of tangy tomato sauce. The pepperoni slices were beautifully spiced, curling at the edges with a tantalizing crispness. Each bite brought forth an explosion of flavor that was reminiscent of the classic NYC pizzerias I have loved for years. It’s hard to believe this dish has just emerged from a brand-new kitchen; it was incredibly well-executed and made with passion.

Next, I tried their lasagna, and wow, was that a dish to remember! Layers of freshly made pasta were sandwiched between velvety ricotta, rich meat sauce, and bubbling mozzarella, harmonishly melding into a symphony of flavors. I'd like to say I always love owner operated food and stores because when it's owned and operated locally you have to be amazing to stand out among all the chains and this place does just that! I got the garlic rolls pepperoni pizza and chicken Alfredo! The garlic rolls came out warm fresh and with a large pillowy crumb, and an amazing traditional marina to boot. As for the pizza I was very surprised! It was a thin crust very traditional sauce that tastes like real tomato 🍅 so many places load there sauces with sugar!! I'm glad this place aims more with a tomato style sauce :). Lastly the atmosphere was great. The staff where very friendly and polite while also having small tables to sit at. All in all I highly recommend checking out pastizza's if your near them. The price is absolutely worth...

IM A HUGE PIZZA PERSON AND MAKE IT A POINT TO TRY ANY NEW PIZZA LOCATIONS IN THE AREA. I FAVOR EAST COAST STYLE PIZZA LIKE NEW YORK, NEW JERSEY AND NEW HAVEN. WHILE THERE ARE ONLY A COUPLE PIZZARIAS LOCALLY THAT MAKE MY TOP AND GET MY ATTENTION. PASTIZZA IS IN MY RANKING AS ONE OF THE BEST HERE IN THE AREA. THE OLD FASHIONED SAUCE PIZZA IS PHENOMINAL. FRESH MADE FROM SCRATCH. I WAS ABLE TO TASTE THE OLD FASHIONED SAUCE AND AFTER EATING THE TRADITIONAL SAUCE PIZZA HAD TO GET ANOTHER ONE WITH THE OLD FASHIONED. WOW!!!!
