Food Lion — Local services in Madison Heights

I drive from Lynchburg to shop this store for two years but today I had a incident that I will never go back...They have a sale buy Food Lion brand organic salad mix and a 6oz container of Feta cheese free. Like every store, you go through produce first ,deli and specialty items last before checkout. I picked up the salad mix got to deli there was no feta cheese. I asked if they was substituting for one of the two cheese they had, the lady said she didn't know she would get the manager. Before I could even explain what I want she says that the add states not all stores carry items. I couldn't substitute for another type of cheese ( same brand, same cost even a smaller container 4oz) . They know clearly that when they post these tags stating this sale they don't carry the cheese so that people like myself in a hurry and want the salad mix will purchase the salad mix anyway. I see this as a type of "bait and switch" scam for the customer . Which the practice of bait and switch is against the law. As I write this I had changed my mind, I don't want to give Food Lion another dollar of my hard earned money to have them play advertising tricks to steal it. Very unpleasant experience,

3 lines open, each have 1-2 customers, I step into the line with 1 customer (light is on). As soon as I start to unload my cart the cashier looks at me with disgust. She then stops what she is doing with the customer in front of me and makes other customers (in the line behind her) move so she can aggressively move the chip stand right behind my back so that no one can come behind me (mind you never turning her light off).

Don't appreciate it when you ask the front-end manager Donna a question and she look at you like your dumb and never responded, asked her twice still no answer, so i walked out, then I come back 2 weeks later and seen and heard how she talk to her employees o hell nah, I think she's a rude B!#@$ and I'll never come back in that store again, if that's how you treat your customers and employees then your never get my...
