If your looking for customer service you will not receive it here. I drove up from Rockford IL to shop crystal shops with my grandaughter. When we first walked in the shop, we were greeted with a lukewarm hello. It went downhill from there. As we shopped, not once were we asked if we were looking for something in particular. The salesperson was busily shuffling around items in bags and stocking. I watched when other people came in the store and checked out. I patiently waited for her to finish waiting on them, then went back to what she was doing. I then asked if I could see some rings out of the case. She said "just give me one second, and when she finished what she was doing, she proceeded to wait on someone else checking them out, literally ignoring me. By this point I realized that I was purposely being ignored and decided to leave the store without purchasing anything . My grandaughter put down what she wanted and we left. I have never been treated so rudely by a salesperson. Maybe it was the fact that I did not possess alot of tattoos and body piercings like the rest of the clinentelle being weighed on, and being treated with friendly conversation?? I must not have have been important enough to "to receive the same service others were receiving. Your loss, we brought our business to other shops in town that were much more willing to answer questions and show us...

I would consider myself an on-and-off-again hippie based mostly on what I'm currently going through in my life. This was my first visit here. A while ago the Five stars app offered me a free bonus login/visit point that I chose to accept and I've been receiving notifications since then. I received an offer from Cosmic Delights that I couldn't pass up without at least settings foot in there and checking it out myself. My extremely first initial reaction involved all the smells in the air. I have a lot of allergies and most incense is very hard for me to handle smelling. So unfortunately I really didn't get the opportunity I would have liked to have to spend the time exploring the store. When you can't breathe often that take priority :-) But the gentleman behind the calendar asked me if he could help me with anything so quickly after setting foot inside, I chose to ask him if they carry CBD oil. This is a fairly decent metaphysical shop. It is far more heady than other similar storefronts in Madison. Which, for some might truely be a -cosmic delight-. They've got the standard "hippy" clothes, CBD products, and pseudo-spiritual doodads like orgones and figurines. It is for this reason that my partner and I call this place "cosmic dreadlock" And while that aspect of their shop may appeal to most of their new age clientelle, it's not for me and you know, it's probably not accessible or appealing to others who are more reserved and modest in their use of crystals for personal healing. I can't imagine any of the energy work healers I know shopping here comfortably. I'm only interested in stones and occaisonally a piece of silver jewelry. This place offers a fair selection of both, but being bombarded with incense, pot leaves, and rainbow magic spiritual energy isn't my thing so I'm more inclined to shop elsewhere with a more toned down approach to...
