every time i order it's wrong. If i get an oreo latte no dairy i get no oreos but they get the no dairy part right or i get oreos but they give me latte base (has dairy in it). Ill say i have a dairy allergy and they ask if i still want whipped cream (why even ask? i can tell if it's a force of habit but they purposely ask if it's "still okay" NO?!?) The amount of times I have gotten latte base in my drinks is absolutely insane. This time I didn't, thank god, but I got charged for the oreo drink and no oreos. I don't understand how it's so hard to get the order right when I was the only person there. I am a service worker so I waited awhile to post about this. I have maybe made ten trips to this specific one now and have had a reaction to dairy maybe 6 of those times. I have been MORE than nice about it at this point. It's beyond frustrating. Even if i was a vegan, I should be respected, but this is an allergy, this is making me sick. Please pay...
Read moreI love this place! Not going to lie I was a die hard only getting Starbucks because it was safe for me well let me tell you my many experiences with the ladies here. The first time I went my first thought was “how can I make my Starbucks a thing” the lady came out and we talked for a minute and I took opinions which turns out I now get like 3 times a week. Every morning I go there is some kind of laugh or small chat that doesn’t seem extremely forced or weird. Today though was amazing to me. Being in any big town there’s homeless and now that it’s colder it’s harder to not notice. The barista came out with snacks for him and he politely declined but when I got to the window I said that was nice and she said “I’m questioning my snack choices i offered” not only was she giving up something but it hit her that maybe he would have taken something else. I love this place and will continue to...
Read moreI was looking for an alternative to getting my iced coffee from Dunkin. First of all, because I prefer to support local, and second of all because there is no Dunkin near my house. Multiple friends suggested I try Moka.
I drove through and got REALLY INTIMIDATED by all the options, flavors, additives, etc. It took me forever to figure out my order and even then I pretty much ended up just getting what the guy recommended. I honestly dont remember what it was-- whatever blend they recommended with whatever flavors they recommended plus cream and sugar.
I would need to spend some time studying the menu and trying different options before it could be my regular iced coffee. And now it's winter.
It was definitely pricier and smaller than a similar iced coffee at Dunkin.
I think this place is for coffee experts, not novices like me! But I'll give them another shot when it...
