Appalling customer service, even for a fast food restaurant.
Drive through employee was incredibly rude. While ordering she started to give me a total after 1 meal was ordered then she sighed as if I was being rude to her when I politely said my order was not complete. My 7 year old decided he also wanted ice cream after I had already pulled forward, so I asked to add it to my order at the window. The man was polite, added it, and took my payment. The girl who took my order was standing next to him and heard. Rolls her eyes and loudly says "of course ice cream" (or something along those lines) making it quite clear that she didn't want to get the ice cream and everyone, especially the customer, needed to know it before she would do so. (As if it's really that hard or time consuming to hold a cone below a machine that releases soft serve). The man handed me the ice cream, my son's milk, and said they will bring my food out then asked me to pull forward.
Then he brought the food out, but not my drink (at this point I don't care enough to go back for it). I checked the food bag and unsurprisingly, the toy was missing, so I parked in a stall and went inside. The same girl was the only one at the counter. No apology was offered and I was given the toy but only after she closely inspected my receipt (as if she wasn't involved in talking/entering my order) acting as if she suspected that I had not paid for the item in question and was trying to get something for free (from Burger King of all places). Basically treated a customer like a criminal over an item was approximately $1. I didn't bother mentioning the missing soda, I was short on time to begin with, the transaction had already taken far longer than expected, and it wasn't worth more rude treatment to get what I paid for.
I don't expect the best service given the nature of the fast food industry, I worked at a McDonald's in high school, so I'm well aware of what employees have put up with from customers. So I normally would never spend the time to write a bad review over bad service, but this was exquisitely bad and entirely uncalled for. When you're in the service industry, there is no acceptable excuse for treating any customer this way.

Read moreBig frowny face! Wow. first of all besides the horrible experience, I could not leave a message to B.kK. either from the store nor corporate website. There most likely is a way, but they hide it so bad, its hard to find.
That being said...this is horrible. I had recently complained that I had bad service at my local MCDonalds and that I exclaimed I was never going to go back and that Burger King would be my new go to place for fast "bad" food. Well.....
When I arrived, at 1:19 pm on Saturday 8/12/2017, i was at the drive through. I ordered. Then after my order amount was confirmed, I seen a sign written on an 8.5 x 11" standard piece of paper with a Sharpie that "Credit cards" were not accepted at this time. So as a frustrated hungry butt head, I said that it was pretty bad that cards were not accepted. I do understand they sometimes have POS issues. Well that being said, why would they take debit cards, but not credit cards???? Sounded fishy. I did say that it was a shame that this place does this and that they need to get their act together. (But in my defense, the difference between Debit and Credit makes no sense.) either some one was incompetent to write the sign correctly, or, they are up to some shenanigans!
Regardless, when after I said what I did and said "thank you" and left, i heard him say, "Thank you and have a great F*g day". you know what that means....
Hmmmmm. Yeah I suppose. But at the end of the day, employees should not say this.
In conclusion, I have had numerous issues with this BK but this is my first time to complain. I would do so to corporate, but they make it pretty hard to do. So do your self a favor. Don't go here unless you are very hungry. I like the food, but not THAT much. Now I am forced to go back to that McDonalds near my house! (Shudder!) Please read my review on that location.

Read moreSo, I stopped for an original chicken sandwich. They gave me I dried out piece of garbage on a bun with no mayonnaise. So I had to do 2 illegal uturns to go back. I go back through the drive through and ask for a new sandwich. She says "Oh they must have gave you the wrong sandwich." I said "regardless, the chicken is all dried out so it's no good with or without mayo." She asks me to park and they say they'll bring out a new sandwich. I wait 3-5min and she comes out to my car to explain the reason I didn't get mayo is that they are out of mayo, basically acting like it wasn't thier fault. I was like, maybe you should have informed me instead of just handing me a dried up old sandwich. (Mind you, I have yet to receive an apology or even an acknowledgement that they had done anything wrong. Additionally, I was not rude, I was pleasant.) So she asks me if I want something else, or OR, she could make me a new sandwich and give me packets of mayo. I'm like okay, but if you have packets, why don't you just use the packets and put the mayo on the sandwich? She said okay. Another 10 minutes and she comes out with a sandwich, "here, it has plenty of mayo for you." Seriously the worst-run Burger King I have ever seen. I should also mention that this was on Labor day and they were not busy at all. In fact, I got there and 2 employees were outside smoking. Honestly, I don't think I'm going to have a chicken sandwich craving for a long time, and if I do, I'll stay far, far away from this Burger...
