Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Madison

Worst experience of ever had in this particular location. In the past, they've always been wonderful. I come in at 9 o'clock. The internet says they're open until ten. No lights on the front of their store.No lights on their order board. No order board to look at to order from. The dude was not friendly at all.Actually seemed like he was quite irritated that I wanted to order food or even entered the building. I asked if they were still open or closed when I entered. He said yes but not friendly. I asked if he could Turn on the order board but he said no. I Ordered food I would have ordered more right from the start but I could not see what my options were. After my order was placed I decided I wanted to grab another pizza to give to the homeless people outside. And they told me that he wouldn't make anymore and all the other food in the warmers wasn't good and could not be sold. No interest in making extra money for the company. It would have been an inconvenience. Now don't get me wrong. I realize we all have bad days. But damn this was bad. I was not impressed at all. I don't know if they're not paid for enough time after they close that they feel that they don't want to work their last hour. I'm not sure what the problem was. Surely didn't feel Welcoming and like you wanna come back. Starting to think customer service and work ethics...

Placed an order for pickup at 6:45 i didn't walk out with my already paid for order until 8:09. I was told 10 minutes when I walked in at 6:40 "they're making it now" 35 minutes pass, still isn't ready. 7:45 rolls around and the lady at the counter then tells me she can't find my order in the system.... I never left the lobby i was standing in the corner the entire time. My name was never called, it never popped up on the pick up screen. She "looked for it" and said she doesn't see anything with my name on it. I had to wait for the manager to come up because there's nothing she can do and she was leaving in which he then said they were closing the store. I asked where my order was that I was now waiting for an hour and 20 minutes for he pulls it out of the heat box no sorry, no compensation for the ridiculous service nothing "we're closing". Service was absolutely horrible, the lady is nodding off as she's filling orders like she's high on something and the dude in back is working slow as hell. Idk what the hell is going on at this location but they pissed ALOT of people off last night. Customer service experience here is the worst I've had in awhile. I would rate zero...

would give 0 stars if it were possible... awful service. every single time that I have gone there on a whim in the last month (which has been at least 3 times) in a hurry and want something quick (ya know b/c the whole thing is "hot n ready") try not n never ready.. I have come in during times where they are not very busy... all the employees are generally standing around and there is maybe 1 pizza in the hot n ready slots and they literally NEVER have a CHEESE PIZZA!!!! how can you advertise "hot n ready pizza" and then not even have the most basic kind ready. they always tell me "We don't have any, but we can make one in 10 minutes if you'd like to wait?" NO! I DON'T WANT TO WAIT! THATS WHY I CAME TO LITTLE CAESARS! if I wanted to wait 10 minutes I'd go to a normal pizza place. I wish I could say it was only this Little Caesars that sucks but it isn't. This is literally the case at almost every single one I have attempted to eat at in a rush in the last year. Incredibly disappointing.. I used to frequent Little Caesars 6-7 years ago when I lived near one and never had this issue. Needless to say I will probably never go to a Little Caesars...
