Mrs. Patty was wonderful!! She gave me a five-star experience for sure. She’s kind, incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. After working with her over a few days, you can tell she genuinely has your best interest in mind and isn’t just looking for a sale. I had to take my toddler with me and Mrs. Patty made her feel so comfortable, too! Even spun her around in a swivel chair multiple times! Treating her so kind also made this experience great.

The living room set I had originally wanted couldn’t get here soon enough for me so we shopped around together and she helped me find something I liked even better! I don’t have the furniture yet, so I can’t speak on anything else but the shopping/purchasing part (although I don’t anticipate the rest being any different). Great products. Excellent customer service before purchasing products! The problem came after we paid $7000+ for our furniture. Some of the products were told that were not in stock but would be there within the week. Come to find out, it was being shipped from India and was going to take over a month to get to the US. We ended up getting a refund on our special order sectional. After paying, we asked when it would be here, we were told 2-4 weeks. After 2 weeks, I called and asked about the estimated delivery and was told I would get a call back. Never heard anything. Two days later, I called again and was given the run around again. Eventually, after being told it would be another month before we MIGHT get the sectional, I asked for a refund and ordered it online (estimated delivery 2 weeks!). The problem I had was the warehouse is only in Southaven, MS! FYI, still waiting on...

During my shopping experience at Miskelly in Madison, Mississippi, I was greeted by Ricky Douglas who assisted me in a very professional manner. I gave him the Sku number of the recliner that I was looking for. He informed me that it was not at that store but that I could purchase it there if I wanted too. He stated that it was at the main store in Pearl, MS. I informed him that I wanted to look at other recliners but that I was pretty much sold on that one. He quickly ushered me to the recliners. Ricky came over to see if I needed any assistance or had any questions but never pressured me. I really appreciated Ricky for not trying to convince me to purchase a higher price recliner.
