Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Madison

Prior to arriving to the store the young lady was very rude over the phone with me trying to get directions but I decided to still go to the store anyways because I want my protein smoothie so bad if I know I love my protein smoothies and mix them with my strawberry shakes and upon arriving she was just as rude at the store she was on the phone when I ask her for management she informed me management wasn’t in when I asked when management was returning she said management was on maternity leave when I asked for management name she said why do I need to know that and I informed her because that’s her manager and that’s what I would like to speak with she does with my manager don’t want me giving out that information then I ask her what’s her name she goes why do you need to know that so at this point I’m not even give her any more energy I walk out the store and prior to I didn’t tell you all as I was coming in the store she was talking to another employee about our conversation gossiping not even knowing that I’m the customer that she’s gossiping about which made me even more so not wanna do business on top or unprofessionalism so as I asked the young lady who was in there with the what is the general managers name she said Priya so pretty if you are reading this review you definitely wanna think twice about this young lady that you have one in your store it’s 215 on May 5 this was the time of the incident occurred in a very Porten that you were dress that’s because because of her unprofessionalism you have...

I would give this place a half a star… zero stars if I could. The customer service was horrible every time I’ve been in there. I’ve never written a bad review EVER but this place is ridiculous and it’s just gotten worse and worse. The last time I tried to order from here, it was for my whole family. My little brother wanted a peanut butter layered sundae, they were out of it. He changed his order to an Oreo layered sundae, they were out of that. He tried to change his order to a mangonada, they were out of that too! Oh and guess what… they were out of what I wanted AND what my sister wanted!! At this point, I asked what they DO have and they were irritated and snappy with us! He ended up with nothing at all, and my whole family ended up irritated....

Was in town for work and stop into this place for a cappuccino blast. This is my favorite drink anytime I run into a Baskin Robbin's as there are no locations where I'm from. Unfortunately however I was told by the girl behind the counter that her blast machine was down and she couldn't make it. I mentioned to her that I've gotten plenty of these at other locations and none of them were ever made from a machine. She then stated that she wasn't allowed to make it manually and that she would get in trouble. Good job whoever owned this location. This could have been taken care of but clearly you don't give your employees initiative to get the customer taken care of. I would have been here everyday I was in town but not anymore....
