Hello, I would like to give an honest review on this restaurant. It was my first time eating here so. I entered the restaurant and as soon as I entered the man and female hostess immediately began making comments to each other as they looked at me. It was so backward that they did not hear what I was saying. ( I am not an excessively obese woman.) I told them three times that I needed a table for three for me and my two sons that I was treating to dinner. I overlooked their rudeness when I should have walked out and choose another restaurant. My boys arrived and we ate. They kept coming by and looking at what we were eating. I assume they thought that I would eat a lot of food, I didn't. I drank one beer. I had one plate of food. I also ate one plate of fruits watermelon, pineapple and cherries. One of my sons ate one plate of food and two cupcake sized bread puddings. My other son ate two plates of food and donuts for dessert. The bill came to $77.00 dollars. No problem and I even tipped the waitress $10. I am sure that I won't be eating here again. I am paying my hard earned money to come and enjoy myself with friends and family. I was not expecting to be watched like grazing fat cows. This is the feeling you get when you walk in the door until you leave. Thanks, you should know better than to disrespect your customers in this way. But, I guess you do this all the time so you think that no one will recognize you rude and nasty gestures. I know that you have done this to many people, that give you their money and you whisper in your language and insult them....
Read moreWent today around 2pm for lunch. Upon being seated by the “manager” at the Hibachi side, he placed our menus on our plates. I asked him if we could get new plates because that’s unsanitary to put menus that everyone touched right on top of clean plates. He got an attitude, took the menus off the plates & moved the plates around. He leaves & comes back w some more menus & we held our hands out to get the menus & he puts them down & not in our hand. I stepped out & spoke w my friend & relative about it. I returned back in & explained to him how it was rude of what he did. He shrugged his shoulders & said “ok” I said well can you at least offer an apology & he said “no because the menus weren’t on the plate.” I explained to him that what he did was the equivalent of placing someone’s money on the counter instead of their hand. Like huh? If the menus were never on the plate, explain taking the menus off the plates & moving them around. I then asked for the owner’s info & he said he can’t give out that information. This was our first time going there & that was our last. Don’t like your job? Find...
Read moreI will only give 2 stars. We came in at 1:45 we were asked if we wanted buffet or order off menu. We said “buffet”and was seated immediately. We went to go get our food and choices was limited. I asked our waitress about if any food was gonna be put out she asked what I was wanting. I let her know and they half way replenished the two items that I was wanting. I asked a second time and they said the kitchen was closed. I was then told that we knew that when we came in that there was limited food being put out. No we were not notified. Then was told that they would give us our order for half the price. No they did not. Then on top of that figured at 15% gratuity for our waitress that they apparently could not take that off because it was fixed in the price with 5 people. How do you give a 15% gratuity when the only time the waitress came to our table was to pick up our plates. Poor customer service, poor management. If the buffet closes at 2:30 and you are still giving buffet a choice of dining then you should make sure customers have plenty of choices. ...
