let me start off by saying I know nothing about luxury watches. I received mine as a gift and was looking for a safe place to sell it without worrying about being ripped off. I shopped around and ultimately decided next to selling it on my own (eBay crono) that The Watch Traders were going to give me the best offer around in my area.I communicated with Brendan through text and he was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable! Brendan and I settled on a FAIR offer that was much more reasonable than most jewelry stores I approached and considering how quickly I wanted to sell they were the perfect fit!

The outside of their business had me alittle uneasy when I pulled in but after meeting Brendan and Ryan any anxiety I had went away! The inside of their business is beautiful and I spoke with the gentleman for about 30 minutes on various topics! Ryan was incredibly well versed on all things watch related and explained to me in details on WHY I was getting what I was getting! It was all very painless and relaxed and I didn’t feel any pressure to haggle or feel bullied into selling for a lower price. I could continue on but you get the point. I purchased a 18k/Stainless Eterna chronograph from these guys. I met Matt online and was impressed with his professionalism. I decided to make the 2.5 hour drive to go see them. The shop is very nice and comfortable. The watches….WOW! They have a superb selection of carefully curated watches. Some rare vintage ones and even some exotic rare watches like a Rolex Daytona Meteorite! Everything from the staff, the watches and the floors was very clean.
