The Dressing Room Boutique — Local services in Madison

I ventured into this lovely boutique to browse during the evening sidewalk event, after following the website. I meandered my way through an eye catching eclectic selection of clothing pieces and accessories, until I spotted a rack of dresses. With my daughter’s wedding approaching and not confident in my Mother of the Bride gown selection, I hopefully perused through their inventory. The owners were accommodating and allowed me to try on a couple pieces, even though there was an event taking place. I was pleasantly surprised when they both fit. Christine took photos for me and Lindsay kindly held my selections until I could return on Saturday. I felt warmly welcomed upon my return and again, Christine was so helpful in trying on the gorgeous gown. She made sure it fit properly and gave me her expert opinion and fashion insight. She reassured me and boosted my confidence. I felt very comfortable in my decision and relieved to find a gown that I felt my best in and that reflected my personal style. The 2nd selection in photo- a maxi dress was so unique; beautiful fabric and chic design. I now have a rehearsal dinner dress that was a complete surprise find, at a reasonable price. The Aquinnah Jewelry collection and designer Kelley, are lovely! She explained that she will custom make pieces, especially helpful if you are a bride or have a unique idea in mind.
