Ordered a Bokay and a boutonnière for my Wedding Ceremony and paid a week in advance. Discussed over the phone my wishes. She explained to me that three roses rather than two would be more semetrical so I agreed. When we walked in, we waited until the employees were finished with their conversations to acknowledge us. The girl pulled the bookay out of a vase of water and handed them to me dripping wet. I had to ask for a paper towel to wrap the bottom. I noticed later there were only two roses instead of three that I had paid for but didn’t have time before the ceremony to call. We tried to pin the boutonnière on my fiancé shirt but the rose was too large and heavy to use. I called the next day and talked to the lady I had originally placed the order with and she told me that the roses were so large she felt two would be better. Instead of refunding any money she would just call it even. Needless to say the roses were too large for a boutonnière as well. Read moreI ordered the same flowers, the cotton candy bouquet. Last year they were big and beautiful and smelt so so so good, I can’t even explain how amazing they smelt. They made the whole house smell good. This year, I ordered the same, the premium, the biggest and best, and I get completely different flowers. I ordered online, specifically asked that nothing be substituted, and when I picked up my flowers, they’re a deluxe bundle at absolutely best, not premium. The smallest bundle of flowers, they do not smell anything like the last set I got. So I’m very disappointed. This is the second time our flowers have been messed up. Last time it was my Valentine’s Day flowers that my husband ordered for me. He asked for 12 roses and 12 sunflowers, we got 6/6. So, I don’t know what’s happened to this place, but I believe we’re going to have to find another place to get our flowers from. Very unhappy. The first pictures is what I actually received. Second is what I ordered and third and fourth is last years bundles! Totally different! Not even the same at all actually! Read moreI called the store directly days before mother's day (I prefer to work with the store directly with the local store and not use Teleflora or 1.800). I spoke to a woman (did not note the name) on the phone and asked for something modern - used the examples from their website (see pics) including the Spring Romance Bouquet, Garden Parade and Fashionista Blooms. I said I wanted to spend between $50 and $70. She said she could make a really nice spring bouquet. So apparently that is all she wrote down on my sheet and this is what my mom received. What a dissapointment! And they charged me $70 - carnations and daisies mostly with a couple of Gerber daisies and that is definitely not a modern vase or bow. I could not believe it! Not even any roses for $70 - like the picture on their website. I called and spoke to Pam. And while she refunded me the money there was no interest in finding out what happened or apologizing for the mistake. I used to send flowers from this store 2-3 times per year as we live out of town and will never us them again. People make mistakes but it is all how you manage and fix the mistake.
