This BiMart was not busy when I was there but only 1 employee took the time to help. The 2 people at the entry door didn't even bother to say anything because they were telling stories about past rude customers. The carts were so filthy that I had to wipe it off before anyone would want to touch it. It didn't come off easy either. All the time it took me to find a basket with less grease and grime on it, so I could clean it, I'm hearing these 2 women tell stories about how rude the customers were, or how stupid they are. Ive been a card holding Bi Mart patron since 1975/1976. Honestly, its not the sudo-warehouse type store I remember from back then; the corp has had certain elements of the contemporary business ethics of "I dont give a s* about the customers opinion or that they dont like the new pricing, just do your job like I tell you to do it or get out" attitude. Went in and was asked to wear a mask. I am medical told them.that they said they have face shields for medical. Then told me when I was done to bring it back to them. I surely hope that they do not put them back in the pile for another. Thought they were disposable. Why would they want them back. Thats just gross. And terrible...
