Great place. I go there regularly and today I discovered I had some points saved up which allowed me to get a pretty nice discount. They carry a pretty good selection actually, compared to other dispensaries I don't feel like their selection is lacking at all and they cater to a wide variety of different marijuana products. Their staff is extremely helpful and nice. A good example is actually today, after purchasing a cartridge, I could not get it to work in my pen so I called them up and asked if they had suggestions/help and I was able to get it working just fine; I was just screwing the cartridge on the pen too tightly. Additionally they said I could come back to the store if I couldn't get it working, which is really nice of them. I'm glad to support local businesses and this is my preferred dispensary in the central Oregon area, I definitely recommend...

They sold me a non functional cart and wouldn't replace it. I live out of town so that's 2 wasted trips plus I'm out the money for the product. I'll go elsewhere from here on out.

As I stated before I don't live in Madras so I try to get several weeks of stuff when I can make it over, and it happened to not be the 1st of the 2 I bought that I opened. When I discovered it was broken, I had to make an unexpected trip and did it within 3 days. Also dropped $30 on a new battery not realizing it was the cart. One of my favorite dispensaries in central Oregon. I visit regularly because they have a great crew (thanks Kyle and Sara!), good price point on most of their products, the flower is nice locally cultivated stuff and they have a good variety to choose from. They also have a lot of other cool stuff. The store is clean, welcoming and bright. There is a check-in lobby and there might be a little wait sometimes but it's comfortable and well worth it!
