Our group came in at around 6:13 with an open mind, we got greeted and sat down at a table. It took minimum 30 minutes for somebody to come up and ask for our orders.
We all left at 7:23 since nobody gave us our food 1 hour after we came in. Multiple employees kept walking by and glancing over the whole time and did not bother to ask us or confirm if our food was being made.
Couple other people got their food way before us even though we came in earlier. ( Pretty sure another table left as well since their food wasn't out for a long time )

Judging by the current 4.8 rating (yikes!) of this restaurant, it looks like it's just what Madras eaters want in an Indian restaurant though. My absolute fave so far is the street style lamb appetizer, but everything has been good and it will take a year to try everything on their huge menu! Be conservative with spice level they are not playing. It’s very reasonable in price, I always get 2 meals out of an entree. They’ve done what they can with the space but it’s a very old building.
